Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting is an opportunity for the Credit Union’s executive management and Board of Directors to reflect on the Credit Union’s performance and share their ambitions for the upcoming year.

Registration

Registration is open to all voting-eligible members; registration closes at 5pm on May 31, 2024.  Eligible voters must be at least 18 years old and have been a member since December 31, 2023. You will receive a PFCU Statement of Condition and last year’s meeting minutes via email prior to the meeting.

Board of Directors Election

As a not-for-profit cooperative, Prime Financial Credit Union is run by an elected volunteer Board of Directors consisting of seven (7) directors. The Board is responsible for overseeing the direction of the Credit Union to ensure it is run in a sound and prudent manner so that the Credit Union meets its long-term goals and serves the interests of its members. Eligible Board candidates must be at least 18 years old and have been a member since March 31, 2023.
